Геодезист
География: круглогодичный оздоровительный детский лагерь «Полярная Звезда» в г. Якутск, с. Старая Табага.
Требования и обязанности:
- Геодезическое сопровождение строительства.
- Подготовка исходных геодезических данных и обработку результатов полевых измерений.
- Вынос в натуру проектных решений. Разбивка осей, отметок, и других элементов зданий и сооружений.
- Выполнение топографических и исполнительных съемок.
- Геодезический контроль строительно-монтажных работ. Проверка соответствия фактических размеров, отметок и расположения конструкций проектным данным.
- Составление и ведение исполнительной документации. Подготовка исполнительных схем, актов и других документов, подтверждающих соответствие выполненных работ проектной документации.
- Взаимодействие с другими участниками строительного процесса. Инженер-геодезист должен тесно сотрудничать с проектировщиками, строителями и другими специалистами, чтобы обеспечить правильное и точное выполнение работ.

Инженер ПТО
География: круглогодичный оздоровительный детский лагерь «Полярная Звезда» в г. Якутск, с. Старая Табага.
Требования и обязанности:
- Подготовка и сдача полного комплекта исполнительной документации, разработка ППР.
- Проверка проектной документации, расчетов объёмов работ, анализ и сверка материалов в соответствии со спецификацией в РД.
- Подготовка, проверка и подписание исполнительной документации, защита документации у служб Технического заказчика и генподрядчика.
- Сопровождение объекта строительства по подготовке и оформлению документации.
- Составление ведомостей объёмов работ, согласно проектной документации.
- Подсчет объёмов выполненных работ‚ ведение учета.
- Проверка выполненных объёмов работ по форме КС-2.
- Устранение замечаний Заказчика по документации.
- Взаимодействие с проектной организацией и со сметным отделом.
- Работа с AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, WinРик, Гранд Смета.
